A few years ago, I had been saving clippings about making hand made soap, then in a fit of organizational pique threw them all away. Wouldn’t you know it, the next weekend we went to the Garden Expo with friends and when I saw some great soaps, I just knew I would have to try making some. My dear friend Sandy had all the gear that she lent me, and I was hooked from the very first step.
It seems to me to be an alchemy of mysterious ingredients into something beautiful and useful. I’ve learned so much along the way, and I am blessed to have a some very loyal customers who LOVE my soaps : )
